At Elite Quick Movers, all deposits collected at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Deposits are used to secure your moving date, reserve trucks, cover fuel costs, and ensure our crew and equipment are dedicated to your move. These costs are incurred immediately upon booking and cannot be recovered.

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
• No exceptions will be made for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in plans
• The deposit is applied toward your total moving cost
